Overview

As the Regional Sales Manager- US West and Central, you will play a dual role as both a sales leader and an individual contributor. You will drive direct revenue growth within your assigned region while also providing leadership and mentorship to a growing sales team. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of closing high-value deals, especially within the cybersecurity sector.

 

 

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Direct Sales & Revenue Growth:
    • Own and manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing commercial and enterprise deals in your region.  Exceeding assigned quota for region. 
    • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets.  This includes the development of Channel partners and ability to execute sales opportunities through various regional partners including MSSP.   
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and other key stakeholders.
    • Demonstrate strong proficiency in forecasting as well as an understanding of MEDDPICC and the ability to follow a process-oriented sales methodology.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer success, and product, to ensure alignment on customer needs and value proposition.
  • Sales Leadership & Team Support:
    • Lead by example as an individual contributor while supporting a team of regional sales managers in the geography. 
    • Provide coaching, guidance, and motivation to ensure team members are meeting and exceeding performance and quota goals.
    • Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new sales talent to expand the team in your region.
    • Act as a trusted advisor and resource for team members on deal strategies, negotiations, and closing complex sales.
  • Market Expansion & Strategy:
    • Identify new business opportunities and key market segments to expand the company’s footprint in your region.
    • Stay informed of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging cybersecurity threats to effectively position our solutions.
    • Work closely with the executive team to provide input on regional sales strategies and forecasts.
  • Customer Success & Retention:
    • Be maniacal about your customers, ensuring a great experience with Cyble while working closely with customer success and support teams.
    • Maintain long-term relationships with clients, focusing on upselling and renewals.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

 

  • Proven track record of closing six figure plus sized deals, preferably in the cybersecurity, SaaS, or technology space.
  • 15+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 8+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions, enterprise software, or related technologies.  Prior Threat Intelligence knowledge a plus. 
  • Ability to manage a full sales cycle and demonstrate a consultative selling approach.
  • Experience leading and mentoring a team of high-performing sales professionals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
